KILNS

Paragon GL24 KilnPARAGON - Paragon kilns are made for fusing, pate de verre, slumping and firing paints and enamels. They possess a strong, galvanised and painted steel housing with firebrick insulation. They are equipped with a Sentry 2.0 microprocessor and are the ideal studio or school kiln. Paragon kilns are electrically powered and have the following advantages:

  • Electricity is clean and silent, therefore the kilns require no special exhaust filters
  • Electric kilns require only a plug and a socket connection. They are easily transported and extremely mobile
  • The Sentry 2.0 microprocessor enables the complete firing cycle to be programmed, so that the firing doesn't need to be supervised
  • With modular top - Kiln made from vacuumformed ceramic fibre with encased elements, making them especially resistant to corrosion and ensuring a longer life. Reduces the tendency for abraided material to fall on the glass as the kiln ages
  • With 3 - zone - control The kiln is equipped with 3 thermocouples which ensures a perfect heat distribution inside the kiln in particular no temperature drop from top to bottom. Ideal solution for casting, painting and fusing on stacked kiln shelves.
